Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Muffins
Delicious and moist, chunks of Apple and a cinnamon crumble on top.

- 1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Butter melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Flour
- 1 Teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Brown
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/3 Cups GF Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Butter cold
- 2 Apples Peeled and diced small.
Mix together applesauce, butter, eggs and honey. In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, soda, powder and cinnamon. Combine all together, and then gently stir in apples. Set aside.In another bowl combine topping ingredients using a fork to mix the butter in until crumbly. Spray muffin tins, fill cups 3/4 full and top with a spoonful of topping. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until centers have set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
