Enter Feta Turkey Burgers…These burgers are much lighter than the usual beef patty, but still perfectly filling. And the cheese creates the yummiest crust when it’s finished! This recipe definitely needs to be in your summer dinner rotation.
I love to serve these with a side of fresh made potato salad, or maybe some fresh veggie salad from my garden, or even a baked potato.
It’s an easy recipe to throw together so it’s perfect for these busy summer days where we don’t come inside much!
Tips for making these burgers:
• Grilling them is totally an option! I don’t know about you, but in the summer we are utilizing our grill almost every day. These burgers are taken up to the next level when grilled! For the sake of ease or rainy weather I’ve made these in my oven and they are totally delicious, but nothing compares to that grilled crust and bite. If you have the option I definitely recommend making this recipe as stated, but grilled to an internal temp of 165 instead of baking.
• You can totally make these ahead of time and keep them in a covered pan in the fridge. When ready, just pull out your prepared burgers and you’re good to go!
• You can serve these on a bun (I’ve made hamburger buns with my with your favorite Easy Wheat Bread) condiments, maybe some lettuce, tomato and onion? Or serve them just by themselves with a side of roasted potatoes and veggies. So versatile!
• You can also use beef for this recipe. You may want to adjust the time just a bit, and be watching for the meat to reach the desired heat. But this recipe would still be so yummy, even if you don’t love or have ground turkey on hand.

How to make Feta Turkey Burgers:
Begin by adding all the ingredients into your mixing bowl.
For this recipe it’s just easiest to use your hands to get in there and gently mix it together.
Form 6 patties with the prepared meat.
Place in a 9×13 pan and bake for 20-25 min at 350, or until a meat thermometer reads 165.
Enjoy these delicious burgers on a bun with your favorite condiments, or just on its own!
Feta Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey or ground beef
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt adjust to your desired amount
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form your meat mixture into 6 patties. Place in a 9×13 and bake for 20-25 min, or until a meat thermometer reads 165. Enjoy on a bun with your favorite condiments, or just on its own.
